The Azores EEZ Implementation • StrathE2E2

The Azores EEZ implementation has been released as a draft for the Mission Atlantic Annual Science Meeting 2022. Results should be taken with a large pinch of salt! Though a notable number of parameters have been sourced, the habitat map is a draft, daily disturbance values have been set to 0, an oceanic nitrate:ammonia ratio has been assumed, and the fishing fleet sub-model has been parameterised as a simple example.

You can download the parameter files required below, including links to documentation. Implementation files are tied to package versions, so the list below shows both a download link for a zip file containing the parameter files, as well as a link to download the correct package version for different operating systems. You can then install the package in R directly from the file.
